Jeff Ownby
Jeff is a management and marketing professional with in-depth experience in traditional and web companies. He has been a leader and team member across roles in management, marketing, strategic planning, analytics, web design, affiliate marketing, advertising, and finance for a diverse group of clients. Jeff has also been an effective entrepreneur with domestic and international marketing experience, recently selling businesses that he built for $4 million.

Ronda Lundvall
Ronda is considered one of the top earning webmasters in the world using search engine marketing alone.  In 2006, she sold her network of sites for $1.6 million.  She came on board in 2007 to help clients realize their potential on the web.

Charles Jay
Charles has drawn from a varied background of experiences as a freelance multi-media specialist. For seven years he was as engaged as editorial consultant for USA Network, and also performed on-air work for USA. Currently he writes for nearly a dozen media outlets, and his work has appeared in cover stories on FoxSports.com and MSN.com. He is the author of four books, in addition to three others that will find their way into publication during 2007.

For the Forcestream team, he provides media services, such as content development and specialized marketing, to clients utilizing a web presence in their activities, encompassing all fields of endeavor. Charles Jay is a graduate of the University of Miami (Florida) residing in the South Florida area.

Ricardo J. Mendez
Ricardo is the manager of our Costa Rican programming office.  He brings a wealth of experience in developing for Microsoft systems and specifically .Net. Ricardo’s former clients include many banks throughout Central America.

Remus Bejanaru
Remus is the manager of the Romanian development office. He joined Forcestream in 2007 after freelancing since 2002. Remus is proficient in most open source and Linux based applications.  He is also an internet security expert and is fully experienced in all areas of system administration.

Roberto Cambronero
Roberto is the manager of the Costa Rican design department.  He is an experienced graphic designer capable of managing web projects from concept to completion with remarkable deadline sensitivity. He has eleven years of experience as a graphic designer at various companies and agencies and as a freelancer.
